We know change comes with questions. Below, we’ve addressed some of the most common inquiries about our new bundled membership model and what it means for you.

 Why is the dues structure changing?
We’ve bundled in access to the World Job Bank and other valuable tools that were previously add-ons—so while dues may increase, you’re getting significantly more in return. In most cases, the value of the bundled benefits exceeds the cost of dues by three to eight times, depending on your tier.

What if I recently renewed under the old pricing?
You’ll continue under your current membership until your next renewal date. But if you’d like to switch early and start accessing bundled benefits now, you’re welcome to opt in at any time beginning April 1, 2025.

How do I make sure my recruiters get access to the CER designation?
As part of your bundled membership, every recruiter in your firm is eligible to apply for the Certified Ethical Recruiter (CER) designation. We’ll provide clear instructions to make the process simple for your team.

I’m a solo recruiter—am I getting my money’s worth?
Absolutely. Even solo recruiters gain access to the World Job Bank ($1,500 value), one CER application ($99), NAPR Connect for revenue-generating splits, and industry education, tools, and a network of colleagues to collaborate with. Vendor Members

Vendor Members shall include organizations which serve as suppliers or vendors of services or products utilized by the physician and/or clinician recruitment industry. Vendor members shall not have the right to vote nor to hold office.

Only current Vendor members can participate in the Preferred Vendor Discount Program. By offering NAPR Active Members exclusive discounts, your company receives an upgraded listing on our website. includes a listing of your logo and discount on our member discount page.
